Our client is India’s leading business service provider and has a workforce with over 3 lakh employees. They provide a host of technology enabled staffing and managed outsourcing services across the country and internationally. Their services provide the required human resources for processes such as sales and marketing, customer care, after-sales service, back office operations, manufacturing operations and more.


The Challenge
Human Resource management is crucial and can be challenging with a workforce as large as our client’s. Managing HR operations which include recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave, employee engagement etc. became a pain point. The existing system included a manual paper-pen procedure with some digital dependency. This system was not easy to comprehend given that it had to be used by all personnel, from basement to boardroom.
