The Challenge

A majority of the client’s operations deal with staffing for various departments of businesses. This necessitated 1000+ personnel being onboarded on a daily basis that required dedicated large teams. Functioning in a decentralized structure, the teams were spread across cities and were reliant on manual paper-pen methods to carry out operations. This cumbersome method was time-consuming, resource heavy, and decentralized.

The web and mobile application’s features include form filling, document management, Aadhar QR code scanning, automatic offer letter generation, E-buddy module, engagement module, HRMS integration to update the onboarding of a new hire, and survey modules to receive feedback. A new hire could easily carry out the steps laid out on the application with little to no assistance. This eliminated bottlenecks within the onboarding department of the client company, and reduced operation costs and human resource reliance exponentially.
