The Challenge

Our client enterprise was growing at a phenomenal pace and were largely faced with two core issues at the enterprise and consumer level. Internally, the company hired human resources at a large scale through a laborious and manual onboarding process. At a consumer level, their IT staffing services required a smooth, reliable system to provide valuable staffing services, enhanced by technology. While these were the specific issues, the larger challenge was opening up their organization to a culture of digitalization. This implied that an investment had to be made in technology, modernizing their operations at a fundamental level, which was expected to deliver a quick ROI.

The Solution

Heptagon’s solution addressed both obstacles our client faced. At an enterprise-level, an easy-to-use onboarding experience platform was developed. They can remotely upload their documents, their photo, and signature digitally through their phone. This reduced the time of resource deployment, simplified operations with features like selfie attendance at the center and geo-tagging, and reduced the client’s involvement at an official level. The application also included features for employee engagement through notifications and surveys.
